Transocean (RIG) CFO Ricardo Rosa is resigning from the company effective January 9, Transocean said in a note that doesn’t explain the reason behind the resignation. The stock did not appear to be moving after hours.
Rosa will remain with the offshore drilling company until April 30, when he will retire, the statement said. Gregory Cauthen, who served as CFO at Transocean from 2001 until 2009, will take over as interim CFO until a permanent replacement can be found. Original Article Source by Barrons.com |
