Given the trading pattern of this stock, after the reverse merger in Feb, I believe the stock will go up after the volume stabilizes. It will trade around $2.50-$4.00 by the end of the year. It is a great buy at the lower end of the range. Also, it currently provides great opportunity for intraday and short term trading.

The Company has recently engaged Washington DC based, Dr. Matthew W. Brooks, Ph.D., Director of Ag-Chem Consulting LLC to oversee the independent EPA testing. Dr. Brooks' academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Chemistry, M.S. degrees in Pesticide Toxicology and Chemistry and a B.S. in Microbiology. He has published numerous peer reviewed articles on residue chemistry and pesticide mode of action and recently completed a book chapter on regulatory requirements for the textbook "Encyclopedia of Agrichemicals".
