NEW YORK, NY, Aug 08, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- NIS Holdings Corp. (OTCQB: NISC) (PINKSHEETS: NISC), is pleased to announce that it has received a. 18 per share all cash buyout offer by Global Stock Investments Ltd. which expressed this way its desire to have a controlling percentage on NIS Holdings. This comes as a follow up to the equity facility agreement referred to in our previous announcement on June 21st. The Board will consider its options to maximize shareholders' value, and will provide further updates within the next few days.
