Axia Group, Inc. (AGIJ) has completed the purchase of Collagenna Skin Care Products and a new management team has been put in place. The Axia CEO, Michael Arnkvarn stated, "The last few months have been quite productive for our company. Focus has been put on some new product development as well as exploring new business options. Negotiations are ongoing with several potential new business partners, with the goal of maximizing market opportunities as well as increasing revenues. We continue to develop our business model and our updated website Home Page reflects our vision."

Our speciality in the market place is 'collagen stimulation' by topical means and by the use of internal supplements. Simply put, a wrinkle represents a lack of collagen, while the aging process is a complex process, and our products are designed to address this issue and give optimum results.

In other news, the company is using this opportunity to address its silence since the last news release in mid October 2010. Since that last news release our internal audit discovered certain irregularities regarding a major block of shares which were issued by the outgoing ex management team. The current AGIJ management is pleased to report that the involvement of its corporate litigation barrister resolved in the return of the majority of this unauthorized issuance.

With this overhang now behind AGIJ the company intends to resume its regular day to day updates and communications with its followers on a timely basis.

Collagenna (AGIJ) Receives Positive Test Results on New Professional Product

Collagenna Skin Care Products new Professional Peptide Serum was tested by one of its US partners, The Texas Beauty Institute (TBI) Texas Beauty Institute Research of non-invasive cosmetic recovery with positive results.

The Texas beauty Institute has completed an observational study on the Collagenna 40% Professional Peptide formula with 10 aesthetic patients using only non-invasive techniques. The purpose of the study was to determine whether the formula would provide further improvement on candidates who: a.) were early in their non-invasive treatment regiment, and b.) had completed their initial series of microcurrent treatments and were on a maintenance schedule.

Candidates:

Group A: 5 early candidates ages ranged from 36 to 66,

Group B: 5 maintenance schedule candidates ranged from 42 to 64,

Due to the potency of the formula, TBI's preferred application was infusion methodologies iontophoresis or sonophoresis after preparation with TBI's proprietary MCR Conduction Gel™.

Results:

All 10 candidates obtained a "softening" of features, however the most dramatic results were observed with candidates with more pronounced wrinkles - typically the older patients in both groups. Of significant note were 3 patients from Group B that had received at least 10 microcurrent treatments previously and considered to have reached a "plateau" of improvement. In these 3 candidates additional improvement was noted in the overall skin tone, reduction of wrinkles and most notable an overall softening of features. As an adjunct with Group A candidates, the improvements were acceptable but less dramatic.

As a result of these observations, TBI will introduce a new infusion peptide protocol to accompany TBI's proprietary Elastin Infusion Therapy.

The Village Pharmacy and Health Food Group operate 6 retail outlets (one of the outlets is a pharmacy in a medical building) in Toronto's West End Mississauga and Brampton. Collagenna Skin Care Products announced that is has reached an agreement with Prime Pharma, a subsidiary of the TSE publicly traded company Allegiance Equity Corporation (TSXV: ANQ.V) www.allegianceequity.com for the marketing and development of Mahonia Products which have been clinically proven to help relieve the symptoms related to psoriasis.
Prime Pharma's premier product is the Relieva cream, an over the counter psoriasis cream which has been reformulated into a more effective product.
