(Pinksheets:GRNO - News), a Florida corporation, is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary Custom Carbon Processing Inc. (CCP) has experienced a strong year. With slightly more than 2 weeks remaining in 2010, revenues are on target to increase by 100 percent year over year with expenses decreasing by 50 percent. During the fourth quarter of 2010 slop oil processing has continued to accelerate with current and new clients. This acceleration is paving the way for a record year in revenue and net income for 2011. Currently, GRNO has 4 million dollars in assets owned free and clear.

"During the last 12 months, we have experienced strong revenue growth while reducing expenses by 50 percent. As indicated in the 2009 financial statements recently filed with our 8-K/A, our year end expense was $1.4 million. Much of the expense was due to a one-time charge attributed to the shutdown of a plant and restructuring. We allocated $500,000 to ensure our facilities were operating at efficient levels. 2010 financials will reflect a drop in operating expense, which will in turn increase our bottom line, also known as net income," stated Peter Margiotta, President/CEO.

(Pinksheets:GRNO - News), a Florida corporation is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary Custom Carbon Processing Inc., (CCP) has not only had a huge finish to 2010, but has also managed to have its single best month ever in both revenue and oil production.

CCP is pleased to announce a strong finish to 2010 with a record setting December. Within the month of December, CCP recycled over 12,000 barrels of raw slop oil material. The result is a record month of revenue and oil production with just over 6,000 barrels of high quality-pipeline grade oil. This translates into approximately $500,000 of revenue from oil sales at a year high of $78.02 per bbl. CCP retained an additional $100,000 of revenue from processing fees.

"Normally at this time of year things slow down almost to a complete standstill as winter processing in Wyoming is a very tough prospect at best. Oil production at this pace, as well as high stock levels, has netted CCP the best production month ever. With most of the finished oil coming from the Wyoming location, CCP produced approximately 7,200 bbls of finished, high-grade oil.
CCP is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a reclamation contract with a Wyoming company to process oil on an ongoing basis for the foreseeable future.

(PINKSHEETS: GRNO), a Florida corporation is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, Custom Carbon Processing Inc. (CCP), has been looking into the opportunity to do business in other countries as international companies continue to take interest in CCP's processing capabilities and technology.
In the past few years, CCP has been approached by several companies who have expressed an interest to work with CCP. These firms have requested to establish a facility in which they could process the slop oil that has built up to "problematic" levels in their oil fields. There is verified sampling and research that indicates vast amounts of barrels of slop oil waiting to be remediated.

"Prior to the general unrest in the Middle East and the various countries, including Yemen, we were negotiating a transaction to establish an oil reclamation facility in Yemen. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) had been entered into and we were following up with ongoing negotiations. As the safety of our personnel and of our equipment is important to our Company, we decided to suspend negotiations until such time as the conflict was resolved and we were able to continue our negotiations. We are now looking at our options in the setting up of a plant in Yemen, and we continue those negotiations. This will include the licensing, transportation and setup at the particular site. Pursuant to the MOU, we were to provide training and operational experience and expertise to the individuals who would be operating the equipment, and providing the appropriate safety manuals and operation manuals for this expansion.
