WLON has implimented that their company Wilson resources, inc. is being taken over by adventure energy, inc. CEO has been it contact with wilson's CFO Mr. Anderson. they are reaching and constructing many mining feilds in the area. In recent article's Mr.Anderson had "said" that he is trying to create a more substandial security to shareholders. workforce area covers a portion of west virginia as well as kentucky. The natural gas industry was and will always be needed. But in recent discoveries in technology scientists are forming this fuel to be a much needed resource in future linking industries. This company is private and not yet tainted by government destructions. They have their marbles in order, they just don't have them in the bag yet. Also, getting back the security purposes, WLON is going to eat the dust with ADVE taking it over. In the most recent article WLON shareholders will be issued "stock warrants" security warrants are a very effective investment, these warrants are mostly campared to put options, bonds, calls, ect. They are highly volatile representing massive profits. Although, warrants are marked for a certain amount of time, these warrants have existance for a 5 year hold. These warrants are offered per-share at .25 for a 5 year put, holders are able to exit when they please. But remember you may own part of this Campany one day.

WLON, Charts look good on this one. I think if we see a little news on this were going to have a winner. Stock is on a uptrend and went from .09 to .15 in the past week. The only resistace I see from this thing going high is .154 and this is a weak resistance. This is a great stock to take a position in and catch the meat of this up trend for some profits. ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WLON.pk - News), an energy exploration company with operations in the Appalachian Basin is pleased to announce that it is in the final stages of preparation for delivery of natural gas. The Company has scheduled all projects to be completed and final inspections for the week of March 15, 2010 in anticipation of delivery.

Over the next few days, the Company's West Virginia natural gas project will go through several inspections to insure that the recently constructed meter station, H2S detection facility, compressor station, and glycol unit are functioning properly and to the standards required by Columbia Gas Transmission. During this time, the Company will continue to swab wells and tie in additional wells into the gathering system. The Company projects that it will have between 15-25 wells equipped for the initial day of delivery and will open for production an additional 5-8 wells weekly.

In addition, management would like to remind shareholders of the upcoming special shareholder meeting this Friday, March 19, 2010. Management strongly believes that the acquisition of the Company by Adventure Energy is in the best interest of shareholders and will allow the Company to further develop its leasehold interests.
