Eugene Espinosa, President of CTS, has completed the course work and clinical supervision requirements for a Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado. His B.A. is from the University of Colorado and his M.A. was re-earned from the University of Northern Colorado. Mr. Espinosa has over thirty years experience working in government agencies. He served as Clinic Director for three Community Mental Health Centers in Nevada and as Clinical Director for the Cheyenne Mountain Re-Entry Center in Colorado.
