SEWE is a definite stock to watch. I put this one on my radar list. Stock traded this moring with a wide spread and then tightened up and took off. I looked at this company and from what I can see this company is going to be huge. Imo this company is going to be a house hold name like Golds gym, La fitness, Oxygen or Tiger Schulmann gym. What makes this one diffrent is that this gym is based around MMA fighting. They offer trainers to instruct Tapou T , along with karate and normal basic equipment. With MMA fighting being one of the fastest growing sports this company is going to expand just as fast as the sport. Also the company has a line of clothing ,accsessories and nutrition products. This is a great time to take advantage of this company while the price is low. I have compared this to simlar compaies like NYSE:LTM- Life Time Fitness Inc, which is trading at $24.63 a share. ITEM 5.01 CHANGES IN CONTROL OF REGISTRANT
On Dec. 16, 2009, Sewell Ventures, Inc. and 7Base Consulting, LLC signed an Acquisition Agreement wherein Sewell Ventures, Inc. exchanged 20,000,000 newly issued common shares for 100% of the outstanding membership interests in 7Base Consulting, LLC. This gives 7Base Consulting, LLC's former membership interest holder's control of approximately 68% of the outstanding shares of the Issuer.

Also on Dec. 16, 2009, the Board of Directors elected Scott Ence as Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Issuer.

On January 15, 2010, the Issuers name was changed with the State of Delaware from Sewell Ventures, Inc. to Truesport Alliances, Ltd.
