BioNeutral Discusses Their Anti-Microbial And Disinfecting Products On NBC Channel 4 New York And News 12 New Jersey

Dr. Andy Kielbania, Ph.D., Chief Scientist, of BioNeutral Group, Inc. (OTCBB: BONU) appeared on News 12 New Jersey on November 16 and both Dr. Kielbania and Stephen J. Browand, President and CEO, appeared on NBC Channel 4 New York on November 29. The interviews were conducted at their laboratory at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ.

The segments highlight the life science company’s environmentally friendly product platforms, Ygieneä and Ogieneä, which include technologies that have been independently tested to eradicate harmful microorganisms essentially on contact. Dr. Kielbania provides a demonstration of the effectiveness of their multi-purpose cleaner and speaks to the many applications the chemistry-based technologies will have if approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Commenting on the interview, CEO Stephen Browand said, “The programs were a great opportunity for BioNeutral to share the future applications of its technologies. What we have created at our lab in New Jersey has the potential to wipe out many life threatening microorganisms, including MRSA, C. diff, H1N1 and even anthrax.”

BONU - Private Equity Buy-Out Deal in works?

As stated in the company’s last press release, it seems that the law firm of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge (EAPD) is working for Bioneutral. The press release describes the law firm as:

“Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge (EAPD) currently has over 60 private equity and venture capital lawyers throughout its US offices and in London. The firm occupies a pre-eminent position in private equity and venture capital deals in the life sciences and telecommunications industries and is a leading player in middle market buy-outs across multiple industries.”

Are they working on a private equity buy-out deal for Bioneutral, with US and or European Investors?

If there is a buy-out, I hope that the buy-out price per share is more than $3.50, the 52 week high.
