In an offshore model the work is typically taken to an offshore group. In a global delivery model, we have the option of delivering in an optimum combination of best offshore location, near site centre and onsite resources. The flexibility and cost advantage of global IT delivery make it the most attractive software delivery model today. In a global delivery model a number of offshore teams work together towards the completion of the tasks in a project as a result projects are executed faster. Plus, because of number of centres are involved the client gets access to a large number of resources.

Yes i agree, but tell me one thing, if a group of 5 persons work in a project and 3 person complete our task and two persons dont complete then project amount will be less, and will it affected on all 5 persons or just in 2 persons.
