Default Places to make a trust?

What is the best place to make a trust company? Is that Belize or something else? I heard Belize was good for trust companies especially.

Yes Belize is a good place to settle a trust. Other places could be Cyprus for EU citizens as most Civil law states in mainland europe do not accept common law trusts as unit separated from the settlor. But as EU members has to accept other memberstates law systems, Cyprus trusts could a very handy.

So you plan to form a trust company?? wat makes certain countries a perfect choice??

As far as i'm concerned most countrie have their own government linked body or banking institution acting as trustee with minimal charges...

What creates the necessity of private trustee for certain grantors??

thats very true my friend, you'll earn maybe multiple times of what you invest. But the problem is, maybe the minimum for big company is high, for like $1000 for starter's investment amount, and if they turn out to be screwing you, you can always sue them for millions!! HAHAHA!!

lol!... yes... but, you`ll have to catch the right company and watch closely, if something goes wrong/against their terms. Once it happens, the ball is in your court!...
