Default Offshore co with a/c and ability to accept visa/mastercard payments?

Is it possible to setup an offshore company in an offshore haven - and setup some form of payment gateway - for credit card...or alternatively, something along the lines of paypal, alertpay etc?,....and associate these purely with the company?

Does anyone have any expertise with this?

Any advise as to how to go about it - and can it be done cost effectively??

The answer to all your questions is yes. You have to decide on which kind of Co, you would like firstly (LLC recommended), it's jurisdiction and then the jurisdiction for the banking which should be different than the jurisdiction of the LLC.

The bank should know the nature of the business and that funds from it will be coming to the bank account, most banks these days are going to ask for a business plan for the account. Personally I wouldn't use Alertpay, they've had some controversies.

It's an advantage to use a professional provider to help you with this and go over all your options, but it's doable. A big part of it will depend on what kind of business it is. That will play a big role in getting a bank account for your venture, good luck

Hi Barron. Thanks for taking the time out to provide such a detailed reply.

It would be a specialised subscription-based technical support business - with multiple monthly and 6 monthly fee's taken in euro and GB£. The fee's are very small (eg. monthly approx £10) - but in multiples.

Is there an all in one service provider to get company/bank account/ payment gateway all squared away in the one hit? What sort of outlay (initial and ongoing) is likely to be incurred?

Where are the best places to establish? I've heard Belize and Seychelles mentioned but don't fully understand the implications - advantages/disadvantages - of each.

I think you have a good business here and a good selection of jurisdictions. Add Nevis to the list and don't use Seychelles for the banking, they've had some problems. You can google it. Try and set up the banking and Co. yourself directly with the bank if you can, some banks offer this service.

You have a business the banks should easily accept when they learn about it and your customers.

Check out this outfit for payments, I don't have a business, but heard they're not to bad for payments processing: https://www.webmoney.co.nz/index.php

Look at the payment services info,

Best Regards
