Where do you like to incorporate?

Just a question to the users here on the board. Where do you like to incorporate your company? Is there any offshore location in specific that is more interesting for you than others? If so why? Did the agent tell you of benefits for each of the islands?

What I found very difficult so far is to get a company in the east Asian countries, such as Kazakhstan and those around it. Not that I think this is especially good, but it could be interesting to see what benefits they may have there.

One of my friends invested in a palm plantation in Malaysia which extracts palm oil. Palm oil is used as a cooking oil in many of the Asian countries. He says he earns a fixed amount of profit through the plantation.

My father has an offshore company in Malta and it certainly saves him a lot of money every year in the various taxes.

I've encoutered some very high prices to have someone incorporate you. And is it true, Incorporating in Nevada the easiest.What's the cheapest way to incorporate a business? and where is the best place?

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish.
If you want a US corp to do your business then a Nevada or Wyoming corp will do.
If you need to do international business then look for a tax advantaged location
If you need to fly under the radar the above applies
If you need to dissapear from the radar screen then in order of secrecy, Panama, then the rest.
