Sell reputable Exchange service with Offshore company AND bank account

For personal reasons the owner of the Service is looking to sell his business. It is a reputable Exchange service working with major e-currencies, run by an offshore company registered one year ago in a Pacific island. There is a bank account located offshore (Pacific too).

The package contains:

The limited company (registration fees paid for the second year already). It has a nominee director and shareholder, so just the beneficiary will have to be changed. The nominee director is a great individual, living in Pacific, there is a direct contact with him (email, skype, phone), it is not a company where you cannot talk with anybody!

The bank account; the official signatory is the nominee director, nothing to change here. Full online access for balance/send/receive.

The bank account balance (Currently about $60k, but it varies as the business is fully working currently)

The e-currency accounts balances; currently about $15k LR, $15k GDP, $10k STP, and $10k in various other e-currencies. Balances change every day too as the business is working.

The software (instant exchanges are possible), the hosting paid until June 2011, the domain names paid until end of 2011, SSL certificates.


The price of the package is $10,000 PLUS the accounts (bank and e-currency) balances if any. That means that for $10k you will have the full Service plus a funded offshore bank account with cleared funds, etc.

The deal will be secured by an escrow Service approved by both parties (Buyer and Seller). The escrow will NOT be anybody (individual or company) involved in e-currency business as nobody there can be fully trusted!
