The best place to incorporate a company?

In your opinion the easiest and best place to incorporate a company would be where? And why?

Personally the UK does it for me. The register is all handled online, its extremely fast and incorporating a Ltd company is easier than saying Ltd. Basically it feels like the red tape has completely disappeared.

When it comes to licenses and when it comes to bank accounts things are also easier than in most places of the world. Once again the UK is superior as everything is online, there is a myriad of agents to help with anything and information is quite easy to come by if you take the time to do extensive research.

I just opened one and it has been impossible to open a bank account. All banks tell me bank accounts in UK are for UK residents only. Do you have an alternative?
