Need a company in Spain & Portugal - please offer me

Hello everyone! I need to incorporate a company in Spain and also in Portugal. Can anyone help me find the right agent for helping me out in those two regions? I kind of have a language barrier and I need to work out these things with a english speaking agent.

I am willing to pay good for the service as I know a lot of people that would like to open companies in those two locations and they would probably follow suit in opening.

We require that the companies can be registered with a VAT number, getting a local bank account and we also need to be able to do all this without having to travel to the country.

It is highly preferable that we can open the bank accounts without providing bank references as those are a lenghty process to go through.
