Panama´s banking is more solid than ever and the Foundation and sociedades Anonimas laws are not being changed, nor there are any plans to do so.

The latest news is that they won't be doing away with the traditional bearer share Co.'s, but that they are going to go the way of allot of other jurisdictions and have the owner of the shares registered in a confidential registry.

It's supposed to come in some time this year, best regards
