Default Company Formation through GoldThrift

I've used GoldThrift as an e-currency exchanger when e-gold was alive. Have used them for several years and they served me well.
They now provide company formation services, here's the info from their website.

"Over the past 10 years we have developed business relationships with many professionals, accountants, lawyers and consultants in many jurisdictions where we have our offices or agents. We now would like to share this specific information and knowledge with you. These days, when the World economy is diversified and inter-connected it is essential to be able to operate in different countries and work with different markets. Creating a company in another jurisdiction may help to legally reduce taxation and to increase business cash flow.

We are able to help you to form various business structures, including limited liability companies, trusts or even banks and offshore finance companies able to provide banking services. We also are able to assist you with opening of bank accounts with several banking institutions.

Please click on the country below to find how to establish a business or open bank account in that jurisdiction.

•Australia
•Costa Rica
•Cyprus
•Hong Kong
•New Zealand
•Panama
•Singapore"

I think they're re-selling debit cards from eForexGold. I bought mine directly from e-forexgold, and I am also very satisfied. The card can be funded with Liberty Reserve, pecunix, Solidtrustpay (and I think some other e-currencies as well and by bank wire) and then you can withdraw cash at an ATM.
