Default Use offshore companies to anything!

Offshore companies are probably the most important tool a real investor can have. With an offshore company the possibilities are endless, only limit is the cash flow.

In a situation where cash is not a problem, and the owner(s) of a respective offshore company incorporates their company, their possibilities becomes wide and easy to conduct.

- Easy procedure in opening bank accounts as all documents are at hand
- Easy procedure for purchasing shares in domestic companies as it is very common to use offshore entities as holding companies
- Instant access to buying securities through the banks, or opening accounts in Scottstrade or Etrade
- The option to fill an IPO worldwide, directly or as a holding company
- Open of subsidiary companies locally to purchase land or property

These are just some of the benefits, and gives the owner a wide range of opportunities to hand pick whatever business they would like to conduct on a world wide plan.

Default

Looks pretty interesting, but right now I just feel more secure using well known banks.
