Hello,
I am an experienced businessman and I have come across good business opportunities in the South Pacific islands. I have discovered an established business there that is for sale. It is well developed and is very well positioned geographically.
It is a waterfront cafe and bar with a booking business (earns pure profit on referral fees from other businesses) and yacht mooring rentals. It is profitable and has been in business for 3.5 years. It is dramatically underpriced by any ROI calculations at only 220,000 US.

I would own/operate the business returning healthy returns to the investor. An arrangement of sweat equity is expected. An investor could come with me, retiring to the sands and slow lifestyle of "island time" while the income of the cafe provides for you. Ultimately, I would like to possibly buy complete ownership someday.
