Can anyone tell me what these terms means wrt Gold Comex?
Resist and Support

Ex: for today I got from somewhere online:
Resist: 175560, 1767, 1790+
Supprt: 1727-1723, 171260, 169630*
ST Trend: Sdwys/Up

But I dont know what it means
