Bloomberg terminal

Hi I have just got a job on a Delta 1 trading desk in Frankfurt (yay!). I asked what I should do to prepare for starting (1st March) and I was given a reading list and told to "learn about the Bloomberg Terminal". I've seen them on the trading floor but never used it. I read this http://ibadvice.com/index.php/all-ca...mberg-terminal which gives some basic information but I really want an in-depth guide - especially one with the Excel component commands (API). Does anyone have such a guide - I can't find anything on the Bloomberg.com website.
