CMC Withdrawal block?!

This morning I request that a transfer of funds from my CMC account to a bank account in my name.

I haven't used the account in over a year and over £5,000 was just sitting in the account.

I've been informed however they couldn't issue the withdrawal today and I need to wait for some department to actually get back in to the office tomorrow before they can issue that withdrawal.

I can still trade on the account but they mentioned there is a 'withdrawal block' on the account.

Is this normal?
