I am little confused in understanding Break even point for Nifty Futures Brokerage And taxes

Brokerage at .01 paise for 1 lot Nifty 5000

Brokerage- (0.01)=50.02
Transaction Cost-(0.002)=10.00
Service Tax-(10.3)=6.18
Stamp Duty -(0.001)=5.00
STT-(0.017)=42.53
SEBI-(0.0001)=0.500
TOTAL=114.23


SO BREAK EVEN POINT IS 2.28 Point in Nifty

Am i right?
