How can I afford to offer two-way overnight free shipping on my store?

I know it is possible if you have thousands of orders to ship every day, but what about the small guy and you're just starting out in e-commerce?

I heard some companies purchase reseller accounts with FedEx and UPS, so they get discounts and pass them on to their customers (the little guys), so they can offer free shipping.

Can anybody tell me the best FedEx and UPS resellers which offer the most discount?
