What are the free shipping shopping sites for clothing and shoes?

I am looking for affordable, elegant, unique, and fashionable clothings and shoes with good quality. The area that I live in has a mall, but it's mostly for teenagers with a very limited and ugly selection. I only know that Zappos have free shipping for shoes, but their clothing selection is too limited. Any suggestions?
