Borrowing Money To Invest., What is your opinion?

Unless you are very experienced i'd stay away from this route. With the volatility we're currently seeing in the markets i wouldn't be comfortable with my own money - let alone someone elses.

I agree with you here, if anyone is sure about the returns that he could get with the investments then it is a good option to invest with loans. But speaking about myself, I have an average income and also looking at the current economic situation, i am a bit scared to invest by taking a loan. And so now i have decided to enhance more on my savings and then to invest partly with my savings and partly with a loan. I am eying Real Estate as an investment option.
