I think the major risks are financial ones. Losing money is the big risk for all people!

The risks associated with banks and banking escalate once they begin to use unethical tactics to receive more money. I think the risks are too complex and multi-faceted to really get into it, I'm sure those in the banking industry can provide better insight.

I think it's include Banking frauds, Without security loan, Banking packages to their customers, Long term loan and other such type of investment opportunities which bring Bankers to their customers and may involve risks in this type of opportunity.

Lenders face different levels of risk when they choose to loan money to borrowers.
In the case of unsecured loans - lenders are taking a much bigger risk in lending money to borrowers with bad credit. Although the amounts are small (when compared to traditional bank loans) there is still risk involved when the loan repayment is the promise from the borrower to repay by a certain day.
This is why short term loans lenders must charge high interest rates and fees.
On the other hand - there is risk taken on the part of the borrower. The borrower is taking a risk by borrowing (sometimes without regard as to how or when they will pay it back) a loan.
As a borrower, keep your risk under control by making sure you have the money to repay the amount when it is due.

Risks are always involved in any business. Most important one is financial risks which means that you can lose all your investment or market risks that you will not get accepted in the market. Business is the second name of risk.
