Yes, but in IRC there's more control. For new users, you may have to add a "Java Platform" software. If you're still unable to access the IRC, check your Anti-Virus Consol and uncheck the "Prevent IRC Chat" options.
#italkcash is perfectly safe and acts betterthan a Y! Chatroom.

i can't log in to the irc chat room? the page is'nt being diaplyed...what do i do?

Do you have Java? Goto Java.com to download the software.
They only have versions of Java software...download any of them...preferably the latest
Go to java.com: Hot Games, Cool Apps
Download Java.

If you're still unable to load the page, check your anti-syware, anti-virus.
In "Console" uncheck "send and recieve messages in IRC".
That should do it.

What anti-virus doe you have installed? It's because your anti-virus is preventing the connection.
