Default Has freedom of speech died?

Since wikileaks is the foremost debated issue in the world these days it is important to look on other sectors that are bashed by the "powers-that-be".

A well known investment is a HYIP (High Yield Investment Program) which is currently an issue that is highly debated whether it should be legalized or kept status quo as now.

Since wikileaks can come under such an immense pressure it would be fair to assume that the HYIP industry could come under same pressure. To some extend the HYIP industry is already barred in working with Paypal due to their internal idiotic regulations of not working with industries that handle money transactions.

At the same time google disallows (yes google, the search engine of freedom) HYIP related advertisement from pages such as this one.

So where is the limit of freedom of speech? Apparently it seems that the so-called freedom we have is quickly diminishing due to regulations, laws and institutional mumbo-jumbo that for most people makes no sense other than to disallow them to act freely.
