Default EU, USA & China financially? Where do they stand?

With a growing strength financially, technologically and expanding more rapidly than any other region in the world, China is for sure the next to take over the world dominance politically as well as financially capable. So far the Chinese Yuan is kept artificially low to allow the Chinese exporters to sell much easier, while countries selling to China make much less when converted into local currency.

The pressure, especially from the USA is growing, but how does the EU stand on all this? Like usually Europe is a hard part to figure out, especially due to its 27 different standpoints on issues.

With the latest Chinese bailout offered to Greece, by purchasing their bonds, Europe finds itself in the middle of the new superpower and the old guard, USA, trying to pressure Europe to play their game.

It would of course benefit Europe as much as USA if China was to raise the value of its Yuan, but in a financial crisis Europe may as well find itself more interested in getting financial help from China, than playing USA's currency game.

From a Chinese perspective it is easier to influence the European region one by one, as each country is still sovereign, yet unified by the EU region. Although each country has a budget, which comes before anything else, and pledging to certain demands from a growing Chinese financial superpower is more important that playing the usual USA vs. the world game.

The winners in all this? Europe! Why? Because Europe being in the middle, can choose a side, yet let each country decide. To put it differently, then it shows that disagreements is actually beneficial for a group, as they together can play a much stronger part by not agreeing.

Ad odd as this may sound, each European country will choose its path as well as choosing a path in cooperation with the other countries, yet it may be two different things that each country choose.

The biggest looser will be USA in the game. Playing hardball in the world is no longer an option, China has simply taken over the role of super power. USA will find itself having to cooperate and listen, and do less of a decisive role.
