The FED will inject 800 bn$ into the USA Economy. Bush administration will use the funds to buy up banks that are in a critical shape. Not much about the actual plan yet, but it is suggestive that the worlds free economy is handled with messures that normally used only by leaders like Hugo Chavez and old times soviet regime.
