DFJ jumps before the deal was sealed

Denmarks largest newpaper Nyhedsavisen filed for chapter 11. The paper had landed extra capital injection from Draper Fisher Jurvetson who knew Mr Lund the majority shareholder and CEO for the paper. Mr. Lund was one of the Skype founders. DFJ had declared that they would secure fresh capital into the newspaper but they jumps before the deal was sealed and Mr. Lund had to let the company files for chapter 11.

That was the end of one of Icelands finest investment projects.
