Nutritech AB the swedish nutrition company calls for annual general meeting.

The Agenda will be

1. Election of the President to the meeting.
2. Approval of the agenda.
3. Election of reporters at the meeting.
4. Election of protocol signing participates.
5. Preparation and approval of the voting.
6. Examination of the meeting has been duly convened.
7. Submission of annual accounts and auditors' report.
8. Decisions a) determining the income statement and balance sheet b) if the appropriation of the profit or loss in accordance with the adopted balance sheet c) on the discharge to the members of the Board and CEO.
9. Establishment of the board and audit fees.
10. Election of the Board and, where appropriate, accountant / s, and any alternates.

The interesting part about this company is the lack of usefull information from the management to the shareholders. Ruzdi Ekenheim the CEO since 2006 has managed to increase the amount of shares with 40% and to achive the position as the majority shareholder. This could make you ask the question "could that be the reason why the information flow is so low?"

Nutritech is delivering products to supermarket chains like ICA in Sweden and Waitrose Supermarkets in the UK.

Hmm this sounds fishy, someone is trying to seize the company after investors pushed money into it. Maybe someone should take care of telling Ruzdi Ekenheim that he is doing bad bad things

This guy is a scammer and a fraud! He is stealing investors money, someone should take him on and get the investors money back before he sits with all shares and has "stolen" all money from investors.
