Basically the list is the forum itself. That list is then displayed on the front page, thus it gets more views, thus it is more interesting to post about HYIP programs on our site as they would get more exposure here.

If a hyip is a scam, it would be the Warning or Scam section for hyips. In other words, yes, there is a separate sub-forum for active and scam hyips.
This would be based purely upon the experience of many members, and not just one person, and hence unlike a normal HYIP monitor, this would be more reliable.
Moreover, we have continuous feedback from members and even HYIP Admins, so that all little details will be available at a single glance for the investor/ viewer.

basicly,its a kind of investments but alot of HYIP are scams and through this forum,u will know which HYIP is real stuff
