Fake or real posts?

hey i have one query.I have been posting jobs on classifieds for my company but when i searched for job posting sites i have seen many ads related to earn money by simply posting jobs/work from home 2 3 hours daily etc for this we have to submit Rs.3k or 2K & they'll give some list of sites on which we have to do postings.
So i just wanted to ask that are these kinds of ads really worth? should i give it a try or they are just fake?
