I've been scam by FSC Capital, CFS Trader,OTI, run by Gary Gautam Goyal. Please stay away from him and his affiliation, as his numerous website.
He was banned from craigslist due to scamming and is still doing the same thing today every week in his sales webinar. He promotes trading jobs for his trading firm capital in order for people to buy into his trading education that is also a sham. He basically offer trading jobs if you put up $800 to participate in his contest that is already predetermine. I have attach the $800 education course that was sold to his customers which Gary stole from Anekdoten in the Elitetrader message board. Notes1.doc - 4shared.com - document sharing - download This is the 23 page word document is supposedly that he created that is worth millions of dollars. His webinar is used to sucker people into forking $800 by having trading contest, piggybacking, fake testimonials. Their trading room is horrible to say the least as their are huge draw downs and is nothing like he claim on his webinar along with all of the other things. Gary post charts and trades in hindsight without showing P/L statements, his lies goes from the beginning of his webinar to his creditability of his firm. Gary is the only trader of his company. There are no specifics/details spelling out instructions regarding from trading firm capital. The truth is, there is no firm capital as all of the traders put up $800 in order to trade in his predetermine contest in order to trade firm capital. Does anyone trade "company" money, and how does it work? - Yahoo! Answers If anyone has been scam by Gary let's hear your story as we have an obligation to warn others and share as much information to his trading contest/prop firm scam along with his sales tactics. If you were a recent victim of Gary then you could report him to the SEC as your money may be refunded through investigation. SEC Center for Complaints and Enforcement Tips I expect him to be here to cover his lies with other lies. |

sorry you had a bad experience. I joined their program roughly 14 months ago and I have taken past in 1 contest. I didn't win, but I don't think its their fault.
I don't really see why anyone would have a problem with them unless they are competing or trying to stain their name. My experience with them has been good as everything they said was provided. They do the training every week. I like the program and I would recommend it to anyone. It's a good place to get the learning done. In fact, I have even had many 1 on 1 sessions.
