Greetings Fellow GNI Investors:

As some of you know, I have joined the GNI Team specifically to help you, our cherished customers, with questions, issues and problems that you may have. I'm also here to assist Robert and the GNI Program when we sustain technical issues as well. To be sure, my priority is ALWAYS you, the client. If we didn't have clients, we would not have to worry about technical issues; my point is our business starts and stops with our clients.

There's a couple of issues; trends if you will, that I am noticing. I am therefore going to address this to our global community.

1. PIN Code

Folks, the PIN Code is here to stay. I don't like it, Robert doesn't like it, nobody likes it....It is time consuming and requires additional effort; your frustration is understandable.

Having said that, I would rather see 50 requests asking why the PIN code isn't working than 50 requests asking, "what happened to my account?" "Where are my funds?" So please, stop asking.

The PIN code is sensitive and requires understanding of your systems buffer and cache. There are also time constraints and parameters that must be followed if cooperation is desired between our embedded system and your computer.

Before I continue the community has to understand, there is NOTHING we can do, (no button to push or ax to grind) to force your system to accept the PIN. We will not disable this feature!! It protects the integrity of GNI as a whole.

If you are having trouble with the PIN the following steps must be taken...

1. Please be sure your browser is Mozilla (Firefox)

2. Please clear your cache. To do so, please execute the following steps....first, refresh (or reload) your browser. Then.....

a. Click on the top toolbar..."Tools"
b. Click on ...."Option"
c. Click on ...."Privacy"
d. Scroll down to the box entitled "Private Data," and with the adjacent box DISABLED, click on "Settings."
e. Enable the box marked "cache." (We shall not comment on the remaining items contained within the Private Data settings window, it wouldn't hurt to clear those out as well).
f. Click OK.
g. Refresh your browser (or reload)
h. Wait 1 minute and refresh (or reload) your browser one more time.

At this point you should be able to retry with your "Login Procedure."

The key here folks is refreshing your browser and waiting. Your buffer has to catch up with the system. If you become frustrated, It WILL NOT work. (Believe me, I know!!)

Once you get the new PIN, give it a minute, then refresh then input into the link. If you follows these steps, you will have NO problems.

2. Verification Emails

Many of you are frustrated when you are not receiving your verification email. This situation likens that to the PIN code issue.

Clear the cache (process described above). It is also our recommendation (we don't usually recommend, but in this case, we do) that everyone use Gmail for all of their email usage, or when dealing with us. It offers heightened security and google pours an enormous amount of resources in fraud prevention and other security measures. You will likely NOT have verification email issues.

We have found emails originating out of AOL, Yahoo, Safe-mail (yes, safe-mail), hushmail and others just don't rise to the level of Gmail....

3. Going Private.

Many of you are asking whether GNI will be going private, to which I answer with an assured YES. When? This question is best answered by Robert, but it hinges firmly on our level of deposits. Sure-bet traders can only manage a pre-defined level of funds. It's fast paced, requires a heck of a lot of organization and things can go wrong real fast. If I had to guess, i would say by years end the doors will be closed to new investors. We're also looking for a more sophisticated, one who understands the nature of our business, type of investors. In my opinion, it's very important all of you understand Arbitrage trading so that you know how your funds are being invested. Folks, we ARE NOT an HYIP. This program is real.

4. Personal contact with Robert.

Yes, Robert is accessible, but he is the key (as is Jurgen) to our success. He is the heart and soul of our operation and time is a commodity that is second to none. Investors at the $5000.00 level will have access.

5. Phone Support.

I am working with Robert on this endeavor, (as you read this) to implement phone access to our new and VIP level investor. Phone support will be offered to those investors at a pre-determined investment level. More on this will be forthcoming.

Well, that's it for today. I encourage everyone to be patient with us. Be forewarned that I will be debiting those accounts who received duplicate payments and bonuses. The vast majority of all questions are addressed on the website. You just need to take the time to look.

I will work hard (as does Robert and Jurgen) for your investment dollars. Try to direct all your questions to the help desk. If I don't have an answer, I have a direct line to Robert who will either take the question himself or give an answer to me and I in turn will deliver this, my goal, always within 48 hours. (This was not maintained, but we had some other issues that were pressing, we are now back on schedule.
