What is Bi-24?
Bi-24 is an advertisement platform that allows members to post their ads on a link and banner rotator. The rotator can be seen on almost every page of the site.

What is an AdUnit?
'AdUnit' is the product sold on Bi-24. Each 'AdUnit' gives you a position in our Benefit Program. With each 'AdUnit' purchased you receive 100 'AdCredits'. Those credits can be used to promote your 'other' favorite programs. The cost for 1 'AdUnit' is $10.

What is the Benefit Program?
The Benefit Program is a revenue distribution system where participants earn from their purchased 'AdUnits'.
'AdUnits' are automatically placed in the Benefit Program after being purchased. In order to participate, a member has to purchase at least one 'AdUnit'.
'AdUnits' in the Benefit Program generate equivalent income of 2% a day. An 'AdUnit' expires after earning a total of $15 or 150% of its value ($10). After expiration, the 'AdUnit' stops generating any more income. New 'AdUnits' can be purchased at any time.

Account
How do I open an account?
To start, simply click 'REGISTER' on the top left. After that, fill in the form and press 'Register'. Pease check your email for your account login information and activation link. It is very important to have a valid email address.
May I open several accounts?
No. If we find that one member has more than one account, their entire funds will be frozen. However, members from the same household may have two or more accounts per IP address. They have to provide us with enough evidence that each account is owned and operated by a separate individual. As evidence, each account must use a separate payment processor account, separate email address and account details. Please contact us for issues concerning this matter.
How can I change my password?
Log into your account and choose 'Edit Account' from the left side menu bar.
How can I change my email address?
You cannot change your email address by yourself, due to security reasons. It is important to include a valid email address in your registration form. Please contact us for further assistance.
Can you switch referrals, in case the person I referred didn't use my link?
It is entirely your responsibility to make sure the person uses the proper link. However, in the case of a script error or a glitch, we consider assisting you. Please contact support.

Payments
How do I create an order in Bi-24?
To create an order you must first become a member. After you have registered, you have to log in and click on the 'Buy AdUnits' menu button. Please carefully select your payment method and number of 'AdUnits'.
There is a purchase limit of 50 'AdUnits' per day or $500 per day. This means that in one day you can only buy 50 'AdUnits' ($500). You will be able to buy more 'AdUnits' on the next day.
What payment options does Bi-24 accept?
Bi-24 accepts Alert Pay, and Solid Trust Pay. Please visit these companies' websites if you would like to have an account with them.
How can I edit my payment processor information?
Log into your account and choose 'Edit Account' from the left side menu bar. In the fields provided, fill in your payment processor info. Once you enter your processor info you cannot change it. Please contact support in case you would like to change your processor info.
How long does it take for my 'AdUnit' purchase to be reflected in my account?
Your purchase will be reflected instantly after payment. In case issues arise, please contact us.
Can I purchase additional 'AdUnits' in Bi-24?
Yes, you can but there is a limit of 50 'AdUnits' ($500) per day.
Can I make a direct purchase from my Earnings Balance (Account Balance)?
You can do so, simply place a new order from the order page and use your 'Earnings Balance' as payment method.
Can I purchase using one Payment Processor and withdraw earnings through another one?
No. You can only withdraw to the processor that you used for purchasing.
Withdrawal (Cash-out)
Please carefully select the method of withdrawal as it is impossible to be reversed.
There is 1 withdraw request allowed per 3 days (72 hours). The minimum to withdraw is $5.00
Withdrawal fees are applied in accordance with the payment processor of usage. Alert Pay withdrawal fees are 2.5% plus $0.25 and Solid Trust Pay withdrawal fees - 3.0% plus $0.25 (updated on: 2nd of August 2011)
How do I withdraw my earnings and referral commissions from Bi-24 to my Payment Processor?
Login to your account using your username and password. Then from the left side menu choose 'Withdraw'.
After I make a withdraw request, when will the funds be available in my payment processor account?
All withdraw requests are processed from 12 to 48 hours.

The minimum you can purchase per day is 1 'AdUnit' or $10. The maximum 'AdUnits' per day is 50 or $500.
