I live outside U.S. and how can I purchase dividend paying stocks

My name is Milikyas and i am from Ethiopia.I have some money to invest in dividend paying stocks but i couldn't find an online broker that allow non U.S. citizens to create account.So any body here please help me in finding such broker or how can I purchase stocks?
