Nobody knows how much longer the trend up will continue. It could be years or months.
If it is "years", you do not want to stand waiting. If it is "months", you want to correct quickly. Thus: 1) Start investing in index funds with a small percentage (say 20%) of the part of your savings that you have earmarked to invest in the market. Only increase this investment after a few months when you have some initial gains. 2) Review every month the long-term market trend and sell your holdings when the trend turns down. |

Hey nice article shared by you but it is very difficult to predict the trends in market as it might change the next day only.
