Mercury Trade Links Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following :

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date along with the Director's Report and Auditor's Report.

2. Re-appointment of Shri Pradeep Kumar Sarda, as a Director of the Company whose term of office will be determined by rotation among Directors.

3. Re-appointment of M/s Vinay Doshi & Co., Chartered Accountant, Auditors of the Company, as Auditors, from the conclusion of the Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the Twenty Sixth Annual General Meeting, on remuneration terms & conditions.
