I think North America - USA/Canada is the best part. Invest in Miami Beach real estate. Miami Beach real estate is the best value in the United States now.

Interesting - I did not think that Miami real estate was performing lately. As America is the safest place to invest, I believe the most opportunity is to be found in the Far East.

If I were to invest in Real Estate then i would have targeted New York.

New York is suffering from the same maladies as London: a slowing national economy met with slowing residential sales and a slumping absorption rate in the commercial sector. While big-ticket buys in buildings like 15 Central Park West continue to statistically mask the flattening housing market, the commercial sector is already showing strain. Based on figures from Newmark Knight Frank, rents in the highest-cost areas of Park Avenue and Rockefeller Center are starting to come down between 2% and 4%. Nevertheless, investors are betting on the long-term strength of New York and looking for deals in the increasingly volatile market.

Anywhere in the growing economies is good, India, Malaysia, Philippines are my nominees.

One good option is to buy out and improve an existing locators here in the Philippines with existing clients, warehouse, facilities, manpower and expertise.

If your expertise is related to semi-conductor, why build a new business and spend more on it when you can acquire an existing business in half the price.

Philippines has several special economic zones wherein foreign investors are given special privilege and grants by the Philippine Government.

But if you need Real Estate property in the Philippines, then call me. That's my expertise. lol. Good day.
