In my opinion the most reliable is to invest to Europe countries, because in Europe economy is rising. I think the best countries for investment in Europe is countries near Baltic sea, because in those countries Economy is rising very quickly. I am living in Lithuania it's a country near Baltic sea and I can surely say that in my country economy is rising very quickly. For example my country budget in one year has risen 33% I think it says a lot.

Europe is a good site to invest too, but the problem is europe is already a developed country, so the competition there is pretty tough and you might not even win. But in Asia, the world here is in a process of development, many new company mushrooming out, so you have a better chance to make your choice and also a better chance to win!!

I know that, that's because I suggested to invest to eastern European countries like Lithuania.

Why don't invest in country like Russia? I wonder what its like to invest there because its different from another country. Russia spans both europe and asia, so their economy is unique. But I don't really know what are their economical focus is..

Well now Russia is becoming very rich country because of their oil and gas export. In Russia I think the best place to invest would be oil and gas export companies. Russia has almost monopoly of gas and oil almost in all Europe, that's why they continue to raise prices of those resources.

Their hold may not last long. I read somewhere that they got barely enough for their own dosemtic consumption and their neighboring countries are trying to undercut them by signing direct agreements with countries that russia is cureently exporting their stuffs to

Well in your post some things are right and some are not. Russia has enough resources for exporting and they are developing many new oil wells in the north of the country. But you are right about European countries agreements with other countries. Yes European countries want to have alternative way to get resources, because now when Russia has monopoly, she is using it to show power to other countries. For example Lithuania sold company witch is making petrol to Poland instead of Russia and now Russia don't give to Lithuania oil. So this company has to bring it with oil-tankers from other countries.

I think this year, Asia has a lot of potential. If you look across the continent, there are a lot of countries that you could invest in. For example in China, its rising manufacturing industry means a higher return for investors. China has one of the lowest cost of labor in the planet so its pretty much booming in the field of manufacturing. Same goes for India. With lots of manpower they can lower the cost of labor and even the cost of their products. Plus they have good IT infrastructure to back up their economy. Some of the solid countries are Singapore, Japan and Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines are also doing well. The continent has a lot of potential and in a few years, it probably could have an impact to the whole world of investing as we know it.

Ya I think its the far east. There is so much potential. Specially for businesses its very beneficial, because at lower wage rates they can get the same quality of production. So I think its really worth investing in the far east.

psst, real estate in this side of the world is booming

Another thing is with the low cost of labor that the far east is offering to the western world, a lot of Shared service center/ Business Process outsourcing offices for big multinational companies (such as SHELL, CHEVRON, G.E, etc) are being opened in Asia. For example in Malaysia, Singapore and even the Philippines. This is quite a boost to the regions economy since it brings more dollars to the continent and it helps to sustain economic growth in the region.
