My name is Pranab Jyoti Ghosh, I am an Indian physics graduate and myself have theoretically developed a technology on producing energy without any kind of fuel. This technology is a combination of processes that are well tested and now in use in different industries and research projects. I am assuring you that this project is just need to be made and improved. All the basic experiments had been already done successfully and enough data had been gathered. In short, it is a new and exciting kind of technology and as far as I know, nothing like this exists this day. For understanding, I am giving a short zest of the idea below.
At present, both efficiency and output of solar thermal power plants are quite low and it's a big reason behind the high cost of kWh electricity produced in present day solar thermal power plants. The other reason is the high cost of maintenance of array of reflectors. But, this cost can be reduced to less than 1/3rd of the present day level. The way is using atmospheric or psychometric heat along with solar heat. The way is very very simple. First, evaporate the water with the help of a vacuum pump in such a way so that the latent heat of vaporization of water comes from the atmospheric heat and then heating the vapor produced in this manner with solar heat. It can be easily calculated that in a steam at temp 300ºC produced in the same manner as that of present day thermal and solar thermal power plants; latent heat of vaporization of water is about 2/3rd of the heat consumed by water in this process. By vacuum evaporation of water, the latent heat of vaporization of water comes from the atmosphere and heating the vapor by array of solar reflector would need 1/3rd of heat necessary before. Therefore, with just 1/3rd of the amount of solar reflecting arrays, we can get same efficiency and output. And in night too, less heat reserve will be necessary to run the power plant.

I have many ideas. I think everyone could find something in my ideas.
I have Garage line called EasyWay garages. It contains some garage sketches for RICH users. Cause I don't think they would be masivelly ordered. Also I have a unique safety for car idea. It is for sale or investment. But it won't be cheap. Cause it will require best ever programmer and best equipment. Also I have many computer and technological ideas. I made them specially for Sony, but they are not patented so due to the legal reasons I can't sell them. The ideas are all smart, some little bit crazy, some is serious.

One Shopping Mall Design idea (needs patenting and drawings)
Self Vacuuming house (needs patenting and a scheme of work, also maybe 3D model)
Safety System for cars (needs non provisional patent and financing to make working prototype (It'll cost many many money))
Garage Line (needs non provisional patent and financing, also needs scaled model to be made)
Self cleaning animal fence or "toilet" area with the main drainage or manual waste disposal.(needs patenting, working prototype)
Many Ideas for sony or other tech. making company (needs patenting, prototyping)
