Well most people turn to exotic investments, not just for the fact of having something unique and with a potential high return of investment, but also for the sake of life style. A collection of fine wines, art or jewelry on display in your house, has a history as well as identifying you of being more than just a wealthy person.

Many people are starting to turn to stamp collections, coins, paintings and wines. Not knowing anything about these markets also give the investor an interesting insight into a new market that is both lifestyle and unique.

I used to have a stamp collection, but I lost them when our house burnt down two years ago..

I feel sad everytime I remember about it. It's not just a collection of rare stamps.. but it somehow reminds me of my good childhood memories (I started when I was a kid), and I never know about it that kind of hobby then, I just fell inlove with the beautiful stamps in the letters we got.

I believe this would make a good investment and an interesting hobby too. I was actually thinking of starting again.. I wish I would make more people to write me, as with the advancement of internet and emails, that's the downside..

I tried to do the whole stamp collecting,but thoughout the years they just got lost in the shuffle.I think these kinds of things are fun and can earn you some money.Combine your hobby with earning some cash.And you could have some fun.You wont take it so seriously and things could flow easier for you.Plus,in the end you know you made a great investment.

Yeah,people would probably love to buy stamps collections on E-bay.They like to buy lots of other crazy stuff,so stamps would probably be a big hit.To,bad i had to be careless and lose mine.Do,you think baseball and basketball cards really have any worth?? Those so many out there you never know**

I think it would be cool to collect on something that would be very rare items in the future.

Like in the case of stamps.. who would have thought about the advancement of technology? and acquiring stamps is just so seldom nowadays.

If you are good in predicting, you are in luck. As for me, I collect postcards. Coffee Shop postcards, especially those limited edition ones.
