Opportunity to get shares at 55% of Value

This is a real chance for you to be able to get shares in a company that is currently signing off on a deal worth $6.25 million. Because of that a deal has been made to the current shareholders to purchase the remaining unsold shares at a discounted price. Only current shareholders are allowed to purchase the shares.

How does this mean you can get them? I am willing to purchase them on your behalf and even willing to put in writing what you will get. I will not be able to sign them over to you until after the equity deal is finalised. That should be before the end of the year. The benefit to you will be that you will get shares that will pretty much be worth double as soon as the deal is done.

This is a really limited opportunity. Here is an extract from an email I received. It mentions the number of shares available

In light of the recent conference call we had on Friday, and the upcoming major events in the near future, our Board of Directors met yesterday and elected to propose an offer to all of you. The Board of Directors reviewed the current availability of common stock that is authorized and issued, but remains unsold. It was determined there remain 1,149 shares unsold.
RESOLVED, that the existing shareholders of the corporation and the holders of convertible note options be extended a one-time offer to purchase additional shares in the corporation. Purchases shall be accepted by the corporation on a first-come first-served basis so long as there remain common stock shares that are issued but remain unsold. Stock Purchase Agreements for this offer must be received by the corporation no later than December 1, 2011 and the funds must be deposited into the corporate bank accounts no later than December 15, 2011.

Just some info. There is a total of around 6000 shares issued. Each share was valued at $1087 in July. Since then the company has increased income generated and that was well before the equity deal was even thought of.

The other big point is that so far the company has only about 30% of its income generation activities available. The rest are being developed and will make a major difference.

I can't really go into more information publically. So here is the deal I will purchase them and as mentioned will even have a contract with you if you want stating that I will sign them over to you at the soonest available opportunity that I am allowed to.

If you may be interested you better hurry. I will make the purchase of shares in just over a weeks time. If you want to get some they will be $600 each. Yes this is a lot but it is only 55% of what they are valued at, maybe less than 55% now. I will need to have received money from you to purchase them prior to me applying for them.

This is a big risk for someone to take not knowing me well and I understand that. The good news is I am not from some country full of scammers like pakistan or nigeria, I'm from Australia. I have a lot of faith in this company and already have a lot of shares myself, and I will also be getting more.

I am willing to discuss things with you and can even let you hear the last shareholders meeting conference.

This is a real opportunity that is not short term but will be very lucrative.
