Default Investment in the real estate

The most earning and more revenue generating in the real estate sector as compared to the other more profitable businesses currently in the market.
I think real estate investment is best value of your money.

I agree with you that real estate is one of the most earning and more revenue generating sector. It also ensures regular inflows by way of rentals. Although a large number of investors have been successful and earned huge profits with real estate investing, there is no guarantee that it is going to be same for everyone.

Hey guys,

I just posted on another forum but I wanted to see what you guys thought. I just recently came across triple net lease transactions or corporate sale lease backs. Back a couple of years ago my fathers bonds were being called and since there was no yield we did some research. What I found was a terrific investment. These corporate sale lease backs are done as a private placement through an LLC. How it works is that either a Walmart, Dollar General, CVS, or Walgreen for example would sell their property to investors through an LLC and then pay lease payments or rent to the investors instead of having the heavy asset of the land on their balance sheet. I have been involved in over 6 transactions already I receive a chunk of the rent payments wired to my account on a monthly basis. I only go into the investments with 100k in each so 600k invested so far. It has been a great find for me and I actually use the payments to pay for a couple car leases I have. Do some research there aren't that many firms out there one of them is Four Springs Capital, LLC in NJ. Essentially the investment is a bond backed by a real estate asset so the only downsides are the fact that it isn't liquid and if the CVS Walgreens or whatever your invested it goes chapter 11 then your shit outta luck. Let me know what you think.

i am very curious about the cvs and wallgreens thing you mentioned about. How is everything working out for you as of now and a company ive been dealing with is USM Realty what they do is find investors like you and me we buy property they find you a renter mostly section 8 or regular renter so after that you have the renter most are set in a 3 year lease so you are doubling your money what you spent i am supposed to go there and discuss more property with them from what i hear they are a really company already dealing with high end clients around the world well let me know about the cvs etc.

Though its a good investment but things differ from person to person as some people might not be interested in investing so much amount at that particular time while they can invest less amount in some other forms..
