Option Market (Brazil)

Hello Guys,

Brazil is on the list of countries with the largest volume of trading options on Intraday, such as Vale do Rio Doce and Petrobras. So, its
possible to make much money here. I would like to know if in the U.S. or
any other country has the same characteristic, to day-trade is
necessary have high volume and small spread.
