Los Pandos Vineyard

Hi,

I have heard about an opportunity to invest in a vineyard in a place called Los Pandos in Spain. They have a website and everything seems legitimate. They are also claiming that people who invested in the first scheme they launched have now been paid as per their contracts.

They are offering a 30-39% return over a fixed period of 3 years, with a minimum investment of 5000 euros.

Has anyone heard of this? Any advice would be most welcome as it seems too good to be true and it's my first time investing.
